There are a total of nine states along the coastal boundaries and the names of nine Indian states are as follows-
Gujarat (length of the coast - 1215 km)
Maharashtra (coast length - 653 km)
Goa (coast length- 101 km)
Karnataka (coast length- 280 km)
Kerala (coast length - 570 km)
Tamil Nadu (coast length- 907 km)
Andhra Pradesh (coast length - 974 km)
Odisha (coast length - 476 km)
West Bengal (coast length - 157 km)
From the above data, we can say that Gujarat has the longest coastline while Goa has the shortest coastline.
