Answer.
Mill Sector Loomage is a big factory in which complete manufacturing from cotton to cloth is done. Mill sector loomage produces fabric on a large scale and uses machines rather than labor, so it does not provide much employment.
On the other hand, power looms and handlooms provide employment on a large scale as they require more labor. Apart from the huge employment, the fabric made from power loom and handloom is softer than the fabric made in the mill, so its demand is also good.
That's why a country with a huge population like India needs employment. Therefore, it is important for our country to keep the mill sector loomage lower than the power loom and handloom
