Answer.
Tropical deciduous forests are two types- Wet deciduous forests and Dry Deciduous forests. Dry deciduous forests are found in tropical climates where there is annual rainfall between 70 to 100 cm. Areas of dry deciduous forests in India are Peninsular India and the Plain area of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Important trees of dry deciduous forests are teak, sal, peepal, and neem.
