Disability (due to) Leprosy Nutrition Grant Scheme:
The government provides 3000 rupees per month to those who became disabled due to Leprosy.
Artificial Limbs / Assistive Equipment Scheme:
The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial grants to people ( maximum 8000) with disabilities to buy artificial limbs.
Incentive on marriage PWDs Scheme:
The incentive award scheme for the marriage of disabled persons by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The government provides 15,000 rupees for men and 20000 rupees for girls.
Shop Construction/Shop-Operation Scheme:
Under this scheme, the Uttar Pradesh government provides financial assistance to eligible disabled persons to start their own shop/business for Rehabilitation.
Free bus transportation for PwDs by Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC):
Under this scheme, persons holding a certificate of 40 percent or more disability issued by the Chief Medical Officer or Competent Medical Officer will be allowed free bus services in government-operated buses.
